Go to one of the following locations for blood tests or any other type of laboratory test:

Walk-in from Tuesday to Friday, 7:00am to 10:00am
By appointment only for those 0-6 years
Lakeshore General Hospital:
514 630-2225, extension 1423
Test Centre
Walk-in from Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 2:45pm
Do not forget to bring:
• the analysis prescription provided by your doctor;
• your health insurance card.
Ask your doctor if you have to fast or stop taking your medication prior to the test.
