The Health Education Centre of CSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île can help you to take up healthy lifestyle habits: stopping smoking, eating better and exercise. Speak to your doctor, nurse or to a health professional or contact the Centre directly by phone.

Quit-Smoking Center (CAT - Le Centre d'abandon du tabagisme)

The Quit-Smoking Center of the West Island HSSC is accessible to all the West Island community. Nurses meet with people who want to quit smoking. This service is also offered to smokers who are patients at the Lakeshore General Hospital.
