Youth Clinic
At the West Island HSSC Youth Clinic, a team of nurses and doctors offer a full range of completely confidential services, designed specifically for young people 12 to 24 years of age who live, work or attend school in the territory of the West Island HSSC.

Psychosocial Services
Experiencing a difficult situation?
You can contact your HSSC to receive help to deal with a personal, family or social issue:
- family or personal problems
- depression and anxiety
- conjugal and family violence
- any other issue
Our psychosocial staff knows how to listen attentively, advise you and, if necessary, direct you to the appropriate resources.

School Services
Nurses and social workers of the HSSC also provide services to public elementary and high schools within the territory. The school nurses and the social workers are resource persons to students as well as teachers, administrators of the schools and parents. Working to promote health as well as prevention, they also counsel students having personal or family problems.
