The West Island Health and Social Services Centre (HSSC) is currently recruiting college- and university-level students in various disciplines. The HSSC implements procedures to support interns by monitoring their learning process and ensuring their smooth integration within the organization.

The consultant in charge of teaching activities and nurse staffing handles internships within the Nursing Directorate. She receives requests for internships from educational institutions for the following job titles:

• Nurses
• Nursing assistants
• Orderlies
• Home and social aids
• Sterilization technicians
• Emergency medical technicians
